One answer is to re-use mattress materials as much as possible. In a mattress recycling center the foam, fabric, and wood are separated, baled, and sold to manufacturers. Steel is recycled at a scrapyard or re-used to fabricate other steel products.
To stay warm is something you have to stick with while you camp and any appropriate mattress will help keep you off the ground which is provided by the mattress insulation. You will experience that if you sleep on an air mattress which is off the uneven terrain, it will certainly make your camping experience a lot more enjoyable. Air mattress insulation is wonderful; it's something like the air insulation which you can see in the normal windows.
What the Serta Memory Foam Topper Cover comes down to in the end is price. It's more expensive then other memory foam toppers of even a thicker density. If you like the idea of that cover and you have the money, then there is no reason why you shouldn't get this memory foam topper.
What is interesting is the SpiraLok Technology used in the Restonic mattress. Basically, it's a tight steel weave that locks the coils together. It's claimed that this reduces motion transference and thus decreases partner disturbance. In total contrast, the Simmons Beautyrest mattress uses pocketed coils - springs that are not joined together but are kept separate in their own fabric pocket. So, who's correct? In my view I can't see how a traditional innerspring mattress can claim to reduce motion transference; pocketed coils help but they have drawbacks. If you really want to eliminate motion disturbance, you need to opt for either latex of a memory foam mattress - which both Simmons and Restonic offer.
