Memory foam mattresses can provide proper support in proportion to the different parts of your body and their differing weights. This means just the right amount of support for your head and neck and just the right amount of firm support needed for your back and hips. If you tend to sleep on your stomach, a memory foam mattress can help keep excess pressure off your ribs and chest. In the simplest terms, this means that you are less likely to suffer back and neck sprains, stiffened joints, and other affects that sleeping on coil mattresses are notorious for causing.
Statistics have shown that those that only get as little as four hours sleep per night are at a higher percentage of becoming obese. 73% to be precise, which is an astonishing number! TA memory foam mattress will help you to get a good night sleep; sometimes by that change alone, or sometimes requiring other factors such as cutting down on the amount of tea and coffee that you drink. Exercise helps as well, when you have done a substantial amount of exercise during the day, you will sleep much better at night. But if we are tired, we do not exercise, which therefore causing a vicious circle.
Personally, having tried out both a Sealy Posturepedic mattress and a Restonic I could not say one was more comfortable than the other. Also, having done some research about consumers who bought both, it was impossible to say which was better over the long term.
Overall, the argument of latex vs memory foam topper is little pointless. There are many similarities to the products. Both for example provide your back and body with good support. The memory foam isn't completely natural whereas the latex topper is. People who have memory foam love them - and people who have latex love them too. I think the best thing to do is look at your budget and see what it most affordable - memory foam is the cheaper option.
